Well damn…I can honestly say I’ve never considered the art of meditation having a dark side. I think we often consider mindfulness and being in the ‘now’ to only creative positive results. Time and common sense however, will remind us that everything is not for everyone. Check out this interesting article from Spectator Health about meditation and its darkside.
